Experience

Senior Product Manager Jan 2022 – Present

  • Lead product for the grounding and factuality platform behind AI Overviews, AI Mode, the Gemini app, Discover, and Lens. 30 engineers build it; 20+ Google product teams ship on it.
  • Shipped citations on AI answers where errors cost users most: live scores, election information, prices, business hours. Cut ungrounded responses from 30% to 15% and latency from 120s to under 20s.
  • Mentor senior PMs across the org and drive launch decisions with executives.
  • Partner with Google DeepMind to turn research factuality models into the eval bar new Gemini models and AI features clear before launch. Built the agent's tool use and serving, and cut its cost and latency enough to make it the default factuality autorater for Search, a multi-team lift. Runs offline for launch decisions and as a reward signal in post-training, contributing to 16% fewer factuality errors.
  • Power a real-time rewrite feature that catches and corrects factuality errors in AI answers before users see them.
  • Extend verification to images, video, and voice across surfaces like Lens, making Google's consumer AI trustworthy as it goes multimodal.
  • Run the area's operations through agentic workflows for research, monitoring, and partner support, and prototype AI products end to end.
