Professional Experience

Senior Product Manager

Google · New York, NY

January 2022 – Present

  • Sole PM on a 30-engineer team building Google's factuality agent infrastructure — the platform that measures and evaluates the factuality of generative AI responses across Gemini and AI Search. Co-built with Research, who provide the models powering our agent's reasoning.
  • Cut ungrounded AI responses by 50% (30% → 15%); brought platform response time from 120 seconds down to under 20. Our factuality autorater is also used as a reward signal in post-training, contributing to a 16% reduction in factuality errors Search-wide.
  • Extended the platform to support multimodal content — now also grounds and fact-checks images and videos, tables, and structured data inside AI-generated responses.
  • Won executive investment and additional headcount to scale the platform; 20+ teams across Google now depend on it — including Gemini, Search, Workspace, and Research.
  • Built FreshServe, the real-time data platform now standard across Sports, News, Weather, Finance, and Elections — 70× faster, 90% fewer on-call alerts. Earned a spot bonus for cross-Search reliability impact.
  • Run an AI-powered PM operating system — using Gemini and internal Google tooling daily for requirements, critique, communications, and prototyping features before handing them to engineering.
